Francisco holds a Bachlor’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is based in Luanda, Angola. 

Francisco previously headed the National Malaria Control Program for 9 years in Angola and is currently a senior malaria advisor to the Angolan government and major international organisations (WHO, Global Fund, USAID/CDC, RBM, UNOP, UNDP...). 

His extensive knowledge of public health and Portuguese-speaking countries (Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Equatorial Guinea) as well as his well-developed network of KOLs make him a well positionned partner to provide strategic guidance to our clients.
